Returns and refunds
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Return costs are borne by the customer unless an item is received that is already damaged or does not correspond to the one ordered.
To return the purchased item proceed as follows:
- the customer proceeds with the return request
- the customer receives an email from us "confirmation of return accepted"

- the customer prepares the jewel in the original box

- the package is collected by our courier on the date indicated in the "return confirmation accepted" email .
- The refund is made via payment solution acquired by the customer at the time of the order.

There are some situations where refunds are not given:
- obvious signs of use;
- non-original product conditions, damage or missing parts for reasons not due to our error;
- any item returned more than 14 days after delivery.
